The Stay Metrics web-based driver engagement platform helps trucking companies engage, reward and keep their best drivers. The industry-leading platform doubles as a vehicle for collecting driver survey data. Our research team analyzes driver behaviors and attitudes that affect retention and loyalty, benefiting both our clients and the industry. Our clients also use the platform to create custom-branded, performance-based loyalty programs to recognize and reward their drivers; addressing one critical element of improved retention.
